Assembly and installation of rail-vehicle detection equipment, controller cabinets and components for H&K point & signalling controllers - Basic

Assembly and installation of HANNING & KAHL control systems calls for knowlegde of the function of the components used and their mounting positions.

This workshop covers the following topics:
 

• Fundamental function of a point controller and its switching elements
• Dimensioning + assembly of HANNING & KAHL rail-vehicle detection systems
• Assembly of communication systems
• Mounting instructions for rail boxes

The components of a point controller such as rail-vehicle detection systems, receiver loops etc. to be installed are available in the HANNING & KAHL training centre for demonstration purposes.

This workshop is especially for staff of installing companies and transport authority specialist departments who install control cabinets and wayside control components. All information required for installation is provided in compact manner. Special emphasis is given to avoiding possible installation errors.

Independent commissioning of controllers is not covered in this particular course but this information is provided in the workshops on HN-P controllers /HCS communication systems.
