Notice regarding potential cyber incidents
Should you notice anything unusual or a suspicious incident relating to HANNING & KAHL or your communications with our company, please inform us immediately.

Please describe the incident in as much detail as possible (e.g. the time it occurred, the systems or messages affected, screenshots or any other relevant information) so that we can launch an investigation as soon as possible. Please also provide the name of your point of contact for this matter.
Cyber incidents relating to our products
If you identify a potential security vulnerability, suspicious behaviour or a cyber incident relating to one of our products, please report it to us immediately.

- A description of the security issue or incident identified
- The product affected and, where applicable, the version
- The time and circumstances of the discovery
- Possible implications
- Supporting information (e.g. screenshots or technical details)
- Your designated contact person
We will review your report in confidence and process it as quickly as possible as part of our security process.
