With its new PRO PULSE filter flushing unit, HANNING & KAHL is introducing a next-generation modular flushing system for the maintenance of hydraulic circuits in rail vehicles. The unit enables efficient cleaning and controlled filling of lines, hoses, and components, thereby contributing to consistently high system quality.

The innovative pulsed flushing technology reliably removes even stubborn deposits and can be used flexibly depending on the application. A modern touch display with a user-friendly interface ensures that all functions are easy to use. In addition, remote monitoring and maintenance via ConnAct® enable rapid remote diagnosis and support, helping to minimize downtime.

The maintenance-friendly design provides easy access to all relevant components. Robust piping, rather than conventional hydraulic hoses, reduces maintenance requirements and increases the service life of the unit. This way, PRO PULSE helps operators and maintenance staff to optimise maintenance processes and sustainably improve the operational safety of rail vehicles.
