N.E.U. denken stands for many different initiatives with the objective of corporate optimization.
Our new corporate philosophy, N.E.U. denken encompasses the introduction of a new ERP system (SAP), which will go live in 2021. Improved process support will lead to sustainable gains in cross-divisional "Operational Excellence". This will enable us to guarantee the accustomed high quality of our products, as market requirements increase. We will keep you informed about all these activities as we go along.
A further vital aspect is closer alignment of our operating structure to market and customer needs. From 01 January 2021, HANNING & KAHL will operate in three new divisions: the “Rolling Stock” and “Infrastructure“ divisions will focus on customers and business partners and support them with our entire range of products and services. We are restructuring in this manner prior to the introduction of SAP to ensure that the system functions are optimally adapted. Restructuring will enable us to concentrate more on our sale core competencies and work more efficiently for the benefit of our customers. Our third new operating division “Production“ will incorporate our mechanical production facilities and the mechanical assembly departments.
We are also setting up a central Contract Management Office. In view of the growing complexity of project requirements, this ensures that the agreements which we conclude with our customers are always transparent and unequivocal.
