Cadillac reveals the Luxury Electro Speedster Celestiq

With their new Celestiq, Cadillac has made a truly exclusive entry into the world of electromobility. Yet the Celestiq is more than just an e-auto; it is a celebration of luxury and individuality.  by Sigrid Riewe-Scholz

The Cadillac Celestiq, with a hefty price tag of 300,000 US$, promises car lovers an unforgettable experience. To date, the Celestiq as Cadillac‘s second  e-vehicle has only been presented as a show car.

The highlight of the Celestiq is its unique customization options. Customers can design vehicles to suit their preferences with 115 3D-printed components. This includes personal engravings on the steering wheel and bespoke interior trims.

Luxury meets performance in the interior of the Celestiq. A 55-inch HD display with integrated Google maps dominates the cockpit and gives the driver access to a customizable digital combi instrument. The glass roof with four different light zones creates a futuristic atmosphere.

Celestiq’s impressive performance data include 600 PS, it accelerates in 3.8 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h and has an estimated range of over 480 km thanks to the 111-kWh Ultium battery. Driving comfort is enhanced by magnetic ride control 4.0 and active roll control, advanced drive-assistance and an ultra-cruise system.

Cadillac is planning limited production of the Celestiq from December 2023 on. If you are interested, you can now make a down-payment on the Cadillac website to ensure a place on the waiting list.
