Mobility in Dialogue – Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow

Dear Readers,

125 years HANNING & KAHL on the one hand, 30 years InnoTrans on the other – two anniversaries that provide the backdrop for a special look at the past and future of mobility. Having celebrated our corporate jubilee at InnoTrans in 2024, the trade fair itself will mark its 30th anniversary in 2026.

First held in 1996 on the site of the former Berlin-Wilmersdorf freight yard, the trade show has since evolved into the world’s leading platform for mobility and transport technology. Under the theme „The Future of Mobility”, InnoTrans 2026 will provide a striking demonstration of the profound impact that innovation, digitalisation and international cooperation are having on the industry. At the same time, the trade fair continues to grow in terms of its international reach and significance – a reflection of global developments in the mobility sector.

For HANNING & KAHL, InnoTrans is much more than just a product platform. Above all, it is a key meeting place for maintaining and further developing our personal relationships with our customers. Face-to-face interaction on site remains essential for us to strengthen partnerships, gain a better understanding of needs and develop solutions together. Our commitment to service is also a key focus. In addition to new products, this year we are specifically highlighting the services we offer to support our customers throughout the entire product lifecycle.

From 22 to 25 September 2026, you will find us in HUB 27, Stand 610 with new products, high-performance solutions and our clear commitment to actively shaping the future of mobility.

We look forward to meeting you in person in Berlin.

Christian Schmidt
