Spare parts kits and reconditioning

We provide spare parts kits for carrying out major inspections and preventive maintenance on complete point machines.

In addition, we offer professional reconditioning of individual sub-assemblies and components. You can send us sub-assemblies and components from your points actuators currently in service for reconditioning. This applies, for example, to main assemblies such as the setting unit, double-pull solenoids and other components of a Series 61.1 point machines.

When reconditioning, we do not rely solely on the replacement of spare parts. A key part of our work involves the professional testing, repair and reconditioning of costly components. This allows existing components to be reused and their service life to be extended.

We thus offer a cost-effective and sustainable alternative to complete replacement. In addition to supplying spare parts kits, we facilitate the targeted reconditioning of existing assemblies and components – for efficient and resource-saving maintenance.
